At the turn of the century, Celebrity Cruises unveiled the Celebrity Millennium, the first of its four Millennium-class ships.  With eleven decks, this glorious liner measures just under a thousand feet long and tips the scales at 91,000 gross registered tons.  The well-appointed Millennium was painstakingly designed to afford its guests the ultimate in comfort and enjoyment and, based on the rave reviews she has received, her designers have certainly succeeded.

To begin with, the Celebrity Millennium offers a wide array of accommodations, including a quartet of plush suites; Penthouse Suites, Royal Suites, Sky Suites and the aptly-named Celebrity Suites.  The standard staterooms on the Millennium , including standard interior, ocean-view, and standard balcony staterooms are among the roomiest standard accommodations at sea.

Lavish restaurants abound on the Celebrity Millennium, providing its guests with a mouth-watering array of culinary adventures.  The main Metropolitan Restaurant offers an extensive menu nightly to accommodate most of Millennium’s guests.  However, guests opting for an even more luxurious experience can choose from a selection of specialty restaurants, including the Olympic Restaurant, where an attentive white-gloved wait staff provides the utmost in dining service.

Every evening, the lights are turned up at the Celebrity Theater as the production staff aboard
